No. Swarneva is premium fashion jewellery, not fine jewellery. Unless specifically stated on an individual product page, our pieces should not be interpreted as real gold, silver, platinum, diamond or natural gemstone jewellery.

Materials vary by design and may include stainless steel, alloy and other fashion-jewellery bases. Finishes may include gold-tone, silver-tone and rose-gold-tone. Please refer to the individual product page for the verified material and finish of a particular piece.

We do not make blanket hypoallergenic, tarnish-proof or skin-friendly claims across the collection. Materials and finishes differ between designs, so please refer to the individual product page for verified details.

Fashion jewellery finish longevity varies with frequency of wear, storage, individual skin chemistry and exposure to water, perfume, moisture, sweat and chemicals. Proper care can help preserve the appearance of your jewellery for longer.

We offer secure online payment through our supported payment partners. Available payment options are shown during checkout.

Swarneva offers Partial COD on eligible orders. ₹199 is paid online when placing the order and the remaining balance is paid on delivery. The ₹49 COD handling charge is included in the balance payable on delivery.

Yes. Online payments are processed through secure payment partners and protected checkout systems. Swarneva does not directly store your complete card details.

Shipping is ₹99 on orders below ₹999. Orders of ₹999 or more qualify for FREE shipping.

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes approximately 5–7 days after dispatch, depending on the destination and courier network. Metro locations may receive orders sooner.

We currently accept orders for delivery within India, subject to serviceability at the delivery PIN code.

Once your order is dispatched, tracking information is provided through the contact details used while placing your order. Tracking availability and updates depend on the assigned courier partner.

Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery if you receive a damaged, defective, incorrect or materially different item. Include your order details and clear photos or videos that help us review the issue.

Eligible order issues are generally resolved through exchange or replacement after review. The item should remain unused and in its original condition and packaging, wherever applicable. Eligibility is subject to our Refund & Exchange Policy.

Change-of-mind exchanges are restricted because jewellery is a personal-use category. Please review the product details carefully before ordering. This does not affect remedies available for eligible damaged, defective or incorrect items.

For eligible order issues, exchange or replacement is generally our first resolution. A refund may be considered where appropriate, mutually agreed, or required under applicable law.

Keep jewellery dry and store pieces separately when possible. Avoid direct contact with perfume, lotions, water and household chemicals. After wearing, gently wipe the piece with a soft dry cloth before storing it.

We recommend removing fashion jewellery before bathing, swimming or prolonged exposure to water and moisture. This helps preserve its appearance and finish.
