Welcome to Swarneva. Swarneva is a brand operated by Upshot Ventures (“Swarneva”, “we”, “us” or “our”).
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of swarneva.in, our online store, and any related products, content, features and services offered by us.
By visiting our website, placing an order, creating an account or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Exchange Policy.

1. ELIGIBILITY AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials associated with your account.

We make reasonable efforts to present our products, colours, finishes, dimensions and other details accurately.
However, actual colours and appearance may vary slightly due to lighting, photography, screen settings, manufacturing variations and the handcrafted or decorative nature of certain products.

All products are subject to availability.
3. FASHION JEWELLERY
Unless expressly stated otherwise on a particular product page, Swarneva products sold as fashion jewellery should not be interpreted as solid precious-metal jewellery or precious gemstones.
References to gold-tone, silver-tone, rose-gold-tone or similar finishes describe the appearance or finish of the product and do not represent solid gold, silver, platinum or other precious-metal content unless specifically stated and verified on the relevant product page.
Customers should follow the care instructions provided with the product or displayed on our website to help preserve its appearance.
4. ORDERS
Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.
An order is accepted only after we confirm it and successfully process the applicable payment or payment commitment.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order in circumstances including, but not limited to:
- product unavailability;
- incorrect pricing or product information;
- suspected fraud or misuse;
- payment failure;
- delivery-location or serviceability restrictions; or
- quantities that reasonably appear to be intended for unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order for which an online payment has already been successfully received, any amount due back to you will be processed through the applicable payment method, subject to processing timelines.
5. PRICING, TAXES AND PROMOTIONS
Prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, handling charges, discounts and other amounts will be displayed where applicable before you complete your order.
Prices and promotional offers may change without prior notice.
Promotional codes, offers and discounts may be subject to separate eligibility conditions, validity periods, minimum order values, product exclusions and usage limits.
Unless expressly permitted, promotional offers cannot be exchanged for cash.
6. PAYMENT
We may offer one or more payment methods at checkout, including online payment methods provided through authorized payment partners.
Availability of a particular payment method may depend on your order value, delivery location, serviceability or other eligibility conditions.
Full Payment
Where full online payment is selected, the total payable amount displayed at checkout must be paid through the available online payment method.
Partial Cash on Delivery
Where Partial Cash on Delivery (“Partial COD”) is available and the order is eligible:
- ₹199 is payable online at the time of ordering;
- the remaining eligible balance is payable at delivery; and
- a ₹49 COD handling fee applies to Partial COD orders and is included in the amount payable on delivery.
The exact amounts payable online and on delivery are displayed during the applicable checkout flow.
Partial COD may not be available for every order or delivery location.
7. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Shipping charges, processing times and estimated delivery timelines are governed by our Shipping Policy available on our website.
Our current standard shipping structure is:
- Free standard shipping on orders of ₹999 or more
- ₹99 standard shipping on orders below ₹999
Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by courier availability, location serviceability, weather, holidays, operational disruptions or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and reachable mobile number.
8. CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to request cancellation of an order, contact us as soon as possible.
We cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has entered processing, packing or dispatch.
Where a cancellation is accepted, any applicable payment adjustment will be handled in accordance with the order status, payment method and our applicable policies.
9. RETURNS, EXCHANGES AND REFUNDS
Returns, exchanges, damaged-item claims, incorrect-item claims and refunds are governed exclusively by our Refund & Exchange Policy available on our website.
Please review that policy before placing an order.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights available to a consumer under applicable law.
10. PRODUCT AVAILABILITY AND ERRORS
Occasionally, our website may contain typographical errors, inaccurate product information, incorrect pricing, availability errors or other omissions.
We reserve the right to correct such errors, update information and, where necessary, cancel affected orders.

The Swarneva name, logos, branding, photographs, videos, graphics, product descriptions, website design, written content and other original materials displayed on our website are owned by or licensed to Swarneva/Upshot Ventures unless otherwise indicated.
You may access the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes.
You must not reproduce, copy, modify, distribute, commercially exploit or republish our intellectual property without prior written permission.
12. REVIEWS, FEEDBACK AND USER CONTENT
If you voluntarily submit a review, photograph, testimonial, suggestion or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to submit that content and that it is accurate to the best of your knowledge.
We may display customer reviews and feedback on our website or other Swarneva-owned channels, subject to applicable permissions and law.
You must not submit unlawful, defamatory, misleading, abusive or infringing content.

Swarneva remains the seller responsible for products purchased directly from our store.
