SHIPPING & DELIVERY
We aim to process and dispatch Swarneva orders promptly and keep you informed throughout the delivery journey.
PROCESSING TIME
Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next business day.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIME
Standard delivery across India generally takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. Deliveries to major metro cities may arrive in approximately 3–5 business days. These timelines are estimates and may vary depending on the delivery location, courier serviceability, weather, public holidays, peak-sale periods, or other circumstances outside our control.
SHIPPING CHARGES
• Orders of ₹999 or more: Free standard shipping
• Orders below ₹999: Flat ₹99 standard shipping
The applicable shipping charge is displayed before you complete checkout.
PAYMENT & PARTIAL CASH ON DELIVERY
Customers can choose from the payment methods available at checkout.
Where Partial Cash on Delivery is available and the order is eligible, you can pay ₹199 online at the time of ordering and pay the remaining order balance at delivery.
A ₹49 COD handling fee applies to Partial COD orders and is included in the amount payable on delivery.
Partial COD availability is subject to order eligibility, delivery pin-code serviceability, and the options displayed at checkout.
SHIPPING PARTNERS & TRACKING
Orders are shipped through trusted courier partners. Once your order is dispatched, tracking information will be shared through the available order-notification channels, such as email, SMS, or WhatsApp, where applicable.
DELIVERY DELAYS
Occasional delays can occur because of courier-network constraints, high-volume periods, weather, public holidays, remote-location serviceability, or other events outside our reasonable control.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please ensure that the shipping address and phone number entered at checkout are accurate. If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible. Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has been dispatched.
